Will VAN HALEN perform at the Superbowl half time show next year? Well, "Diamond Dave" was written the following letter in order to address this rumors:

"I’m compelled to address the now-rampant rumors that Van Halen is playing the Superbowl. First of all let me say this — be still my pigskin heart. That honor has not been bestowed upon us at this time though it is one we would accept in a NY minute.

"Having heard VH blaring through stadium speakers on any given Sunday – more like every given Sunday, the idea of playing there live would be like – ‘okay, now we’re in the game’.

"Van Halen’s collective memories are – and with all due respect to each and every one of these memories, teeming with been-theres and done-that’s, but none include playing at the Superbowl. As previously reported, the 31 Van Halen concert dates that were postponed in May have now been officially cancelled. Various reports suggested that the band was burned out from performing 48 shows over several months of touring.   The band will play Japan in November, and rumors persist of an Australia tour late this year, and/or another US tour next year.

Today, it was announced that CANNIBAL CORPSE and DEVILDRIVER will be join forces for a European co-headlining clash of the titans tour, scheduled for February and March of 2013. Will the bands perform in the Czech Republic? Well, DD's Jeff Kendrick said that IF Randy Blythe is not freed from prison, that bands should start boycotting playing in the Czech Republic. Senate OKs Bill to Curb Fatal Bus Accidents

A bill aimed at avoiding fatal bus accidents has been finally approved by the U.S. Senate. Said bill has been applied in line with the fatal accident that occurred on March, 2007 in Atlanta which claimed the lives of five people.

The bill was drafted and introduced by Sen. Sherrod Brown and Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison. Said bill is expected to increase safety requirements for motor coach drivers and companies.

The bill would regulate safety by requiring seat belts and stronger systems to protect passengers of such buses, improve driver’s skills and require non–glass or glazier windows to prevent passengers from being thrown out of the vehicle during accidents.

The bill’s concept stemmed from the previous fatal bus accident that happened in Atlanta on March 2, 2007, which killed 5 members of an Ohio college baseball team.

After several years, the Senate finally passed the bill last Wednesday, but it was not yet approved as a law. It will soon be, after some guidelines or rules and regulations have been created. According to rules, it has to be published first before it can be implemented as a new law.

Brown, through his spokesperson, said that he is anticipating that a similar measure will be included in the bill as it moves towards the House for dispute.

Aside from implementing safety and avoiding road traffic incident, this bill is further expected to save lives of thousands of people.

The said bus accident made the Senate realize that there was a strong need for a new and modified law regarding road traffic incidents since the bus driver in question missed seeing a road exit ahead of time. Consequently, the bus he was driving fell to the highway below and killed 5 baseball team members, the bus driver himself, and his wife.

Though the bus driver has had its negligence, the National Transportation Safety Board still blamed the city for its failure to provide proper stop signs at the area.

The state agreed to pay $3 million to the victims of said bus accident. In fact, it is the maximum legal settlement amount for victims of vehicle wrecks.

Though bus drivers could be extra careful in driving, bus accidents and other road traffic incident undeniably still can’t be avoided.Share|

Los Angeles Coroner Ruled Drowning Accident Caused Whitney Houston’s Death

In a recent report released by the Los Angeles Coroner’s Office, it declared that Whitney Houston’s death was caused by a drowning accident.

According to the Los Angeles Coroner’s Office, although heart condition and cocaine use greatly contributed to Houston’s death, drowning accident played a major role in the singer’s untimely demise. According to initial investigation results released by the said office, Houston’s heart condition caused blockage in her arteries.

The Coroner’s Office, through their spokesperson, Craig Harvey, said that Houston’s death was described as an “accident” and no foul play or trauma has been found during the investigation.

According to the Coroner’s Office findings, other drugs like marijuana, anti-anxiety drug, muscle reluctant, and anti-allergy were found in Houston’s body. However, Harvey confirmed that said drugs were not a factor to the singer’s death.

Houston’s sister-in-law and manager, Patricia Houston, said in a news report that though they were glad since the case has been cleared, their family is saddened upon learning about the toxicology results.

Houston died at the age 48 in her hotel room on February 11, 2012, just a day before the annual pre-Grammy party. She was found submerged in the hotel bathtub filled with water.

LA Coroner County officials said that they will be releasing Houston’s full autopsy report in about a couple of weeks.

In some instances of drowning accidents, it’s either the victims themselves or their family whom may file for a claim through the help of Los Angeles lawyers. In Houston’s case, no other parties were involved or have caused the accident but the singer herself. Aviation Accident in Siberia Kills 31 and Injures 12

A Russian passenger plane crashed and burst into flames after taking off in Siberia last Monday. The said aviation accident killed 31 and injured 12 people according to emergency officials.

Initially, 13 survivors were removed from the wrecked plane, but one later died while being airlifted to the hospital in the City of Tyumen, just east of Moscow.

Video footages from news reports showed that the plane had broken into half, reclining in a snowy field, with only the tail and rear part of the fuselage visible.

Information about the main cause of the UTair airlines ATR72 crash was not yet released. However, an investigative committee is eyeing at technical malfunction of the 21–year-old plane as a possible cause of the accident.

The UTair airlines’ ATR72 was loaded with 39 passengers and 4 crews when the accident occurred. Apparently, it was the most recent aviation accident to be recorded into Russia’s safety record.

The head of the regional branch of Emergencies Ministry, Yuri Alekhin said that the “black box” flight recorder had been found and lead to the discovery that contact with the plane was lost 3 minutes after taking off in Siberia.

UTair, in its official website, said that the twin-engine, turbo-prop plane on the way to Surgut had been trying to execute an emergency landing when it came down 1.5 km from the airport in the Western Siberian city of Tayumen, an oil town in the northeast part of the region.

At present, five of the survivors were in serious condition.

1 Dead, 4 Missing in Farallon Islands Boat Race Accident

At least one person was killed while four others are still missing following a boat race mishap along Farallon Island.

According to the Coast Guard, the 38-foot sailing vessel known as Low Speed Chase was one of the participants in the 2012 Full Crew Farallones Race that started at St. Francis Yacht Club in San Francisco last Saturday afternoon. The Coast Guard further said that the 8 people on board the boat were all experienced sailors.

A spokesperson from the Coast Guard said that a huge wave hit the boat, which caused four people to be thrown into the water. The boat captain, James Bradford, then turned the boat around to fetch them out of the water. That’s when another wave subsequently hit the boat, which led it to crash into the rocks of the Fallon Island. Due to its collision with the rocks, the boat’s captain apparently lost entire control of the boat.

A helicopter from Air Station San Francisco, an 87-foot cutter, a 47-foot boat from Golden Gate, and two Blackhawk helicopters from the 129th Air National Guard Unit at Moffett Field immediately responded to the accident scene.

At least three people were able to get into the rocks while one was pronounced dead and four people were still missing. It was not yet confirmed whether the captain was among the missing. Based on the list of race participants, the crews were described as young people.

The Yacht Racing Association of San Francisco Bay, through its official website, said more than five boats registered for the annual yacht race and all boats returned safely except for the Low Speed Chase.

The annual sailboat race around the Farallon Islands has been a tradition in San Francisco since the early 1900s. The association is offering its thoughts and prayers to the family and friends of the missing crews, having a wishful thinking that the four missing crews would return home safely.

Elderly Driver Smashed Car into Dental Clinic; Injures 6

An 82-year-old woman smashed her vehicle into a dental clinic in Reseda, Los Angeles Apr. 19, leaving six people injured.

According to initial investigation, the elderly woman was driving an old, beat-up station wagon when the vehicle smashed in front of a dentist’s clinic which is situated at the intersection of Vanowen St. and White Oak Avenue.

Three bystanders and three others were seriously injured from the said vehicle accident. All of them were rushed to the hospital for medical treatment.

Fortunately, the elderly driver did not sustain any personal injury, according to Los Angeles County Fire Department officer Matt Spence. Spence added that it is not yet determined whether there are any dentists of dental patients involved in the accident.

Apparently, the vehicle never entered the dental clinic but just knocked off its door from its hinges, according to authorities.

Spencer said that firefighters had to use Jaws of Life to free two victims who were pinned to the building in the said accident.

Authorities speculated that the elderly driver was probably trying to park her vehicle and lost control of it. Nevertheless, it was not yet sure how she managed to drove her car through the dental clinic entrance since no further details were yet released by the authorities.

Despite the road and traffic regulations promoted by traffic enforcers and safety advocates in the United States, vehicle accidents still remain as the most common type of injuries. Most often than not, accidents are caused by a driver’s negligence, particularly the elderly. In fact, the ability of the elderly to drive safely is currently being disputed.

This just in! We have been informed by a very reliable source that the CBGB Fest show at Webster Hall that was taking place tonight (July 6th) in New York City, was cancelled after a concert goer got stabbed allegedly in the eye. The incident occurred right after VISION OF DISORDER's set!

Two years after the legendary CBGB brand went up for sale and six years after the venue closed for good, rumors began stirring that the legendary Hardcore Punk club would be making some sort of return to New York City. Apparently, New York City is not ready for CBGB's to return!

Founding Member Of The CRO MAGS Stabs Multiple Victims & Causes Show Cancellation In New York City!

As previously reported, the CBGB Fest show at Webster Hall that was taking place tonight (July 6th) in New York City, was cancelled after multiple (at least two) concert goers were stabbed. The incident occurred right after VISION OF DISORDER's set!

Who were the victims? According to "Rat Bones", a member of the New York Hard Core family, Harley Flanagan (founder of the CRO MAGS) stabbed Mike "The Gook" Couls (current CRO MAGS bassist and member of the DMS crew) right before the CRO MAGS were going to hit center stage at Webster hall.

"Yo check it! Harley Flanagan just stabbed Mike "The Gook" at Cro Mags. Prayers to Mike! Harley's a fkn scumbag!"

We have been informed by members of AGNOSTIC FRONT that Mike is OK! According to ABC Eyewitness news "sources say that the two injured men were members of the band that was performing on Friday night. Both victims are expected to be okay."According to a witness (who has chosen to remain unnamed), Flanagan was acting weird right before the incident: "I talked to him outside minutes before it happened and I knew something was going to go down. He was like a fu&*ing lunatic outside... Next thing I know he's in the VIP area stabbing people!"

"We were watching the hardcore show at Webster Hall – featuring Sick of it All, Cro-Mags, and VOD – when all hell broke loose upstairs. Harley Flanagan, founding member of the Cro-Mags stumbled into the VIP lounge with a knife. Security mobilized in a hot minute and beat the shit out of him. It took no less than six beefy dudes to control the madness. Blood was everywhere, and bone protruded from his shin.

"Cops quickly appeared and took him away in cuffs. Not before he had already stabbed some dude in the chest (said victim left the scene with a bandage over the wound). Because of the violence the rest of the show was canceled. The remaining bands promised to reschedule the show. To be fair, Webster Hall security contained the situation professionally. Lots of drunken, pissed off hardcore fans were on edge after the cops shut down the show, but the scene was cleared without further incident."

Last night, the CBGB Fest show that was taking place at New York City's Webster Hall, was cancelled after two current members of the CRO MAGS were stabbed by Harley Flanagan (the founding member of the CRO MAGS). The incident occurred right after VISION OF DISORDER's set!

According to a witness (who has chosen to remain unnamed), Flanagan was acting weird right before the incident: "I talked to him outside minutes before it happened and I knew something was going to go down. He was like a fu&*ing lunatic outside... Next thing I know he's in the VIP area stabbing people!"

Lots of drunken, pissed off hardcore fans were on edge after the cops shut down the show, but the scene was cleared without further incident."

“Someone was yelling, ‘Get his hands, get his hands, he’s got a knife!’ ” witness Dave Gustav said. “Everything went nuts.”

“People started booing him and throwing stuff at him,” eyewitness Justin Brannan said. “His hands were handcuffed but he still gave everyone the finger.”

Who Were The Victims?

According to the NY Post, William Berario, 45, was slashed above the eye and bitten on his cheek. Michael "The Gook" Couls, 33 (current CRO MAGS bassist & member of the DMS crew) was cut on his arm and stomach.

Both members of CRO MAGS were taken to Bellevue Hospital with non life-threatening wounds.

Flanagan, suffered a broken leg by the time security finally pinned him down, witnesses said. Cops handcuffed him to a chair and took him out and also brought him to the hospital. He was hit with two counts of 2nd degree assault and weapons charges.

Why Did It Happen?

The attack was allegedly sparked by Flanagan's request to play on stage during the CRO MAGS set being denied, as well as him being under a high level of stress due to his recent divorce. It is believed that his intention was to injure the current bass player to force the CRO MAGS to need him to play bass. In his possession at the time of his arrest was a VIP laminate from the CBGB festival, which had granted him access to the VIP area where the attack occurred. He received the laminate because he was a panelist at the CBGB festival on the previous day.

Allegedly, the CRO MAGS camp had warned the Webster Hall staff about Flanagan's presence at the show and asked them to not allow him inside the venue. Once inside, Flanagan was being served pitchers of beer inside the VIP area (located upstairs at the venue).

"You can all thank Harley Flanagan for ruining the night for everyone," CRO MAGS lead singer John Joseph McGowan told the crowd.

For those that do not know, shock-stunt show Jackass star, Ryan Dunn died yesterday in a blazing car crash. When I heard about this, I originally took a temporary blind eye to it because I just hoped this was not another working of evil. Until I noticed the date of his death. Ryan Dunn was reported dead on June 20th. Here is the official report:

"According to police, the accident occurred at 3 a.m. on Route 322 and New Street in West Goshen Township. While it's unknown who was driving at the time, an unidentified passenger also died in the crash. In the occult, this date lands on one of the highest satanic days on the Illuminati calendar. This specific day is known as the eve of Litha, a day of human sacrifice and the most demonic day of the Summer Solstice:

First, I would like to thank the thousands of comments I have received since my absence from Justify Theory. You all have been very encouraging in my decision to withdraw from posting. Right now, I am spending the holidays in my wife's home country of Jordan in the Middle East. God has blessed me unbelievably since I have been here, encountering some of the most beautiful designs that God has created in nature. Just being so close to biblical sites such as Mt. Nebo and the Dead Sea, I have truly experienced my faith as a believer in Christ come to life. After much prayer and discussion with my wife, I have considered returning to posts as so many of my readers have told me that my site never became a hindrance to their beliefs, but only strengthened them. I suppose the reality of it all is that in the process of making so many aware of the evils in this world, I was spiritually hurting myself as a result. I am not saying that I have made a firm decision to return, but if I do, expect a complete revamping of this blog designed to meet the spiritual needs of all who digest my words in attempts to further seek the truth. Also, in regards to the holidays, I have been asked many spiritual questions about whether or not it is right for a Christian to celebrate Christmas as it is originally rooted to pagan celebration. My response is this, do not become so boggled down with the roots of this particular holiday. Regardless if it was originally intended for a different purpose, we should still rejoice the fact that it was changed to allow all believers to come together at this special time and bring praise to Yahweh's birth, and all the days after it. And if there are those who are still using this day for evil intent, then let us celebrate the coming of king louder than anyone else's reason for celebration and let the whole world know that Christ reigns forever, not their pagan idols. As you all may know, I have taken a hiatus from writing articles exposing the occult for almost a year now. After much prayer and thought, I have decided to return to posting full length articles. I have had so many people ask me questions over the past few months concerning current events, end times prophecy, and it's connection to the occult. The most troubling issue that I came across, however, was that I had difficulty finding credible information about these subjects from a biblical perspective to refer people to other than my own site. Therefore, I am briefly stepping out of my hiatus to supply many of my friends, family, and readers a source of information that they can trust without any worries of being led astray. There are many false shepherds in this world trying to misguide Christ's flock the wrong direction by creating distorted truths, half truths, and blanketed lies (Matt. 24:24). I have gotten many encouraging emails from my readers, reaffirming my call to such a hardening ministry as this. I believe that the hourglass of this world is reaching it's final grains of sand, as the prophecies of Scripture are finally unfolding. In such a time as this, I feel it is necessary for their to be an outlet to answer the questions that will arise in these last days. I will admit, at the creation of my website, it started as more of an education tool for myself as well. I did not fully understand the forces (Eph. 6:12) that I was combating nor did I know how much of a soft spot it was to reveal what is done in the darkness (Eph. 5:11). I also was not fully equip or spiritually ready to handle a lot of the information that was being shown to me. Nevertheless, during my brief remission, I have reaffirmed my faith in my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Yahweh, the Father of the Heavens and the Earth, our one and only Creator (Psalm 146:6). Through my stronger commitment in my own salvation, I have decided to pick back up my helmet and sword (Eph. 6:17) to help combat the serpent and his lies that have deceived us since Adam and Eve. This website, will no longer tap-dance around the biblical perspective, but instead to promote it and teach it correctly by the guiding of the Holy Spirit and His everlasting Word (2nd Tim. 3:16) . All throughout this world, we are detoured and deceived by the "doctrines of demons" (1st Tim. 4:1), sadly to say, I have not seen too many people (in these days) trying to destroy these doctrines of evil, yet they only ignore them, believing that it does not tamper with or hinder their faith. But as the Christ said to us, "let him who has ears hear" and "let him who has eyes see". For it is no question that this world is under the control of the evil one (1st John 5:19). Therefore, we must renew our minds and be transformed (Rom. 12:2) by the power of our Savior and no longer live like this self destructing world. If I lose some readers for my stand, so be it. As for the revisions of this site, I will no longer be working under blog-spot and will be moving to a different url very shortly (within the week.) I will post a link for the new website very soon. This site itself has just become too big to contain and was garnering the wrong kind of attention. So for the sake of my wife and I's safety, I will be switching web addresses. As the Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month approaches, the Los Angeles Police Department joined forces with other non-profit organization to spread out the message clearly to both motorcycle drivers and bikers.

Due to the alarming number of injuries and fatalities that occurred in the State of California, the authorities eye this month of May, being the Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month, as the best time to promote road safety to motorists.

The goal of this campaign is to lessen the number of motorcycle accidents in the State. In figures gathered in 2010, about 11,000 people were injured and some 361 died from motorcycle and bike accidents.

Authorities said that one of the most important safety tips for motorists is to check the braking capability of their motorcycles or bikes.

Take a look at these few basic tips that can be helpful in preventing accidents:

•    Make sure that you are well-trained before driving a motorcycle or even a bicycle, especially in crowded and vehicle congested areas.

•    Make sure that you have already obtained a driver’s license before going off the road.

•    Always wear proper safety gear for protection.

•    Be attentive and smart cautious while driving.

•    Religiously abide with the traffic rules and regulations imposed by traffic enforcers.

Although there is no way to avoid such motorcycle accidents since they really happen like natural occurrences, it is still best to follow some preventive measures to somehow lessen the rapidly increasing number of injuries and fatalities statewide. Rapper 50 Cent Injured from Vehicle Accident 3 Days after Soulja Boy’s Road Mishap

Three days after rapper Soulja Boy was reportedly involved in a minor car crash, another rapper was again engaged in a road mishap that left him hospitalized.

Early Tuesday morning, Curtis James Jackson III or more popularly known as 50 Cent, was involved in a vehicle accident where he incurred minor injuries.

According to 50 Cent’s spokesperson, the rapper was transported to New York Hospital Queens for treatment of the minor injuries he sustained in his neck and back from the early morning crash.

Reports said that the incident occurred after a Mack Truck traveling along the Long Island Expressway rear-ended the rapper’s bullet-proof SUV. Initial findings revealed that when the truck driver’s load shifted, the latter lost control of his vehicle and caused it to struck 50 Cent’s car, which subsequently almost flipped over due to the heavy impact brought by the accident.

Although the injuries sustained by 50 Cent were minor, as precautionary measure, he was still taken to the hospital but was immediately released.

His spokesperson further said that 50 Cent is now doing fine. However, reports said that the doctors are currently conducting tests on the rapper’s neck and back.

Fortunately, despite the two consecutive life threatening situations that 50 Cent had over the past few weeks, he is still lucky enough to avoid surgery in his first accident and severe personal injury in the second one. Moreover, he seems overly blessed now that his fifth album entitled “Murder by Numbers” will be released by the first week of July.

It is not yet clear who is at fault in the incident, but authorities are currently determining who will be held liable for the said vehicle accident.
